Jarri Knows has gained national recognition touring with his friend Kam Patterson. Mighty Mystic is considered as one of the leaders in the U.S. Reggae scene and labeled by many as one of the more prolific artists to develop outside of Jamaica. He has gripped the scene with ferocious conviction and an uncanny ambition worthy to be mentioned among the greats. He has gone from being a fan of reggae music to being a contributor to the art. Mighty Mystic came on the scene in 2006 after scoring his first international hit with the song “Riding on the Clouds.” However, it wasn’t until the release of his first album “Wake up the World” (2010) that he became a household name. “Wake up the World” boasted several standouts, such as “Revolution,” “Riding on the Clouds,” “Original Love,” and “Slipped Away” with appearances from reggae icon Shaggy and roots rocker Lutan Fyah. Mystic continues to wake up the world with his high energy, message driven brand of reggae music which he emphatically calls “HARD ROOTS.” It is this unique spin on classic reggae blended with Hip Hop & Rock that has catapulted him to the forefront of today’s Reggae Revival. Mighty Mystic is also the younger brother of current Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness. When asked, does being the brother of Prime Minister Holness have any impact on your music? Mystic simply says “Andrew has a job to do and so do I, impact or not we both have our own mission to complete”.

JACUZZI BOYS:

Given their unabashedly lo-fi aesthetic, their predilection for psychedelia, and their old-school pop sensibilities, Jacuzzi Boys sound like direct descendants of 1960s garage rock. Although they might sound like they could've appeared on the original Nuggets compilation, Jacuzzi Boys are most definitely a product of the 21st century; Gabriel Alcala (guitar) and Diego Monasteri (drums) teamed up to form Jacuzzi Boys in Miami, Florida in 2007. Bassist Danny Gonzales was brought on board soon after to round out the group's sound, and the newly formed trio quickly attracted the attention of the Orlando, Florida-based indie label Floridas Dying (at the time home to a number of likeminded acts, including Yussuf Jerusalum and Cop City Chill Pillars).

The band's profile enjoyed a healthy boost following some favorable media coverage (including a feature on Pitchfork) and an endorsement from none other than Iggy Pop, who dropped the band's name in an interview with Urban Outfitters, and it wasn't long before they found themselves on the roster of Sub Pop offshoot Hardly Art.

Ballyhoo! are a self-proclaimed Beach Rock band from Maryland. For over 20 years, the band has been dragging the Chesapeake coast’s restless energy into venues across the US, Japan, and Canada, blending pop punk, reggae, and rock into something contagiously, effortlessly fun. They’ve earned their place on stages on the Vans Warped Tour, Oceans Calling, Reggae Rise Up and supporting slots for 311, Reel Big Fish, Dirty Heads, and Less Than Jake.
